Shipping Policy
Thank you for your interest in our products. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse and do not include processing time. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. During peak seasons and sale events, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. Any shipping delays due to carrier issues or inclement weather are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a simple return and exchange process within 30 days of receipt of your items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal at docksole.com. You will be guided through the process and provided with a return authorization and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
